unable to use headphones with hercules glow djcontroller

recently i bought a hercules djcontrol glow, but now i have an issue with splitting the audio to a master and a headphone output. for some reason i cant use them both at the same time. ive already tried with an audio adapter but that wont work neither. i use a windows 10 laptop btw. can somebody help me? thanks

DJUCED 18 allows to stream on a single sound card which means that if your computer has only one single stereo output you need
to purchase a multichannel USB one with at least 2 stereo outputs.
