hi guys,
i have an universal dj and i want to use it on ubuntu, so that i guess the best way to do it is via mixxx (correct me if im wrong).
is there any mapping for my purpose?

These isn't much choices when it comes to DJ softwares under Linux:
- Indeed, Mixxx is the obvious choice. V2.0 just came out, but at the moment there is no support for the Universal DJ, but it looks like some people are interested

- Ultramixer is another one you may want to look into, although you may have to rely on older versions. Here again, the Universal DJ is not yet supported, so you would have to create your own mapping.
That being said, since it is a soundcard and a MIDI controller, you could also use it with music making applications like Rosegarden, Ardour and such.
