ive bought the consolle 1 week ago, until yestrday it worked weell with djuced and virtualdj, but sometimes (with the usb cable inserted) it wasnt detected by the computer. i usually had to re-insert the cable and after 1 or 2 attempts (usually i tried to change the usb port) the consolle was detected and the blue lights turned on.
yesterday there was a failure in the detection during the update of the firmware .
- since then when i insert the usb cable, the computer does not detect the consolle
- i can hear many times the windows sound of an usb stuff inserted and then disconnected
- the computer often crashes
- the dj control air blue lights doesnt turn on
ive re-istalled the drivers (the most recent ones), and its difficoult to do that because during the istallation they ask me to insert the usb cable, starting all the things i described above.
i tried also to recovery the configuration of the system using the windows tool but it tells me its impossible to complete the operation due to the missing of a file.
i dont know what to do...is it an hardware problem?
i tried with another computer and it gives me the same problems, in particoular the sounds of an usb stuff connected and then ejected continuosly...please help me!
You got a defective console there. Try and contact the tech support of Hercules or contact the retailer to change it under warranty with a new one.
