just purchased the jogvision. i have a true windows 10 version installed, but i keep getting an usb malfunction. i reloaded 2016 hercules driver pack, but usb error keeps showing up. tried it on my windows 7 computer (2 of them) and the same error message. my rmx has no issues.
need suggestions. really like the board, just cant use....
