You Need to use the "ADVANCED CONFIG" of VDJ to do this.
Add some audio routing by clicking the + button.
Then choose :
MASTER => YOUR_USB_SPEAKER_SOUNDCARD => 1/2 (i think)
HEADPHONES => DJ Control Air ASIO => 3/4
Attention, this Configuration is NOT recommended, you risk to get some audio lags, and latency beetween the two outputs.
