my dj control air this with the volume button on the side "a" jamming, have some product that i could use to solve this problem?

Are you saying that the physical volume fader for Deck A does not move properly ?

If so, does it get stick at one of the extremities OR do you feel resistance when trying to move the fader up and down ?

Yes, the fader on the "A" physically jamming when I put this up or down. And now I wonder if I have to solve without assistance authorized to take?

If there is a hardware defect with the unit, it should be returned to the retailler for a replacement.
