when will driver update come for usb 3.0 laptops?

i have not been able to use my controler for over a month because i am waiting for the usb 3.0 patch for the dj console series driver package. when will an update come?

i have a macbook pro (2012) running 10.8.1 mountain lion.

They have released today some new drivers that solve the situation with the 3.0 USB ports.
