im from ireland and im doing a round the world trip at the mo, im gonna be in queenstown for the next 6months or so and i might be able to get some dj work here.
i usually use macs back home but for travelling i got a hp laptop. i cant buy any hercules gear here in nz so im thinking about getting my mkii shipped over. will it work? the max and windows versions both seem to be the exact same.

if you bought your mk2 recently, the installation cd will have both pc and mac version of virtual dj, so youll be indeed able to install it on your laptop. same thing if your bought the traktor le version of the mk2.
as for the drivers, get the latest ones from the support site.

okay so just to clarify before i go and spend money on getting the thing sent over. the mk ii that i have which was sold as mac will definitaly work on a vista machine as long as i get the correct drivers?
