windows 8 not working,before i have windows 7,its perfect

Could you be a little more explicit about which Hercules DJ device is not working and what you've tried so far to make it work?
Are you using Windows 8 on the same computer where Win 7 was installed or is this a new computer ?
Are you using the latest drivers (2014.HDJS.1) available from the Technical support site?
