hi, 1 month ago i bought the xps 80 dj monitors for 140 euros.
now, sometimes the monitors make a very loud noise, its so frustrating!
even when its not even plugged into my laptop! it just comes from the main-monitor..
it really frustrates the hell out of me, i spend 140 euros which is quite allot for me on some monitors who make a damn loud noise.
when i hit it on the top the noise goes away. (yes, im that frustrated about the noise i hit it, but hey it works)
how do i solve the problem? i might just trade them in because this is useless.
Since the speakers are new, they are still convered by the warranty. Please contact your retailler or Technical Support to obtain a replacement unit.

Is this a common issue? I contacted the store they said they wanted to repair them..
I'm aware of this being a commun issue (and hopefully it is not).
