Si vous avez besoin d'une aide technique avec un contrôleur DJ, veuillez écrire dans votre message les informations techniques suivantes :
- le nom complet de votre contrôleur DJ (n'écrivez pas vous avez un 200, mais écrivez vous avez un DJControl Inpulse 200 MK2)
- le nom et la version de votre système d'exploitation (comme Windows 11 ou macOS Sonoma /macOS 14)
- le nom et la version de votre logiciel DJ (comme Djuced 6.0.7 ou Serato DJ Lite 3.1.2)
- le problème technique que vous rencontrez, ce que vous avez vu à l'écran lorsqu'il se produit, ce que vous avez fait juste avant qu'il ne se produise.
Il s'agit d'un espace utilisateur, où les utilisateurs répondent aux utilisateurs : si vous n'écrivez pas bonjour, vous risquez de ne recevoir aucune réponse.

Les écouteurs sont trop faibles
- DJControl Inpulse 500
- Macbook Air M1, macOS Sonoma 14.5
- Djuced 6.1.1
- I'm getting the volume with wired headphones, so low, that I have to put the Gain level to the maxium! I have already tried 3 different headphones and when I'm mixing, the sound is always low. How can I solve this?! Can anybody help me, please?!

1) Can you confirm you have activated the preview in the headphones
- either in previewing the Master in pushing the button with headphones icon just below the Master viewmeter
below the Master viewmeter (section 9), and in selecting listen Master with the Cue to Master knob (Section 15)
- or with the deck prelisten keys just below the filter knob, in setting your prelistening on Cue with the rotary button Cue to Master (section 15) on Cue.
