Hello,

Welcome to the forum.

If you need technical help with a DJ controller, please write in your post the following technical information:
- the entire name of your DJ controller (do not write you have a 200, but write you have a DJControl Inpulse 200 MK2)
- the name and version of your operating system (as Windows 11 or macOS Sonoma /macOS 14)
- the name and version of your DJ software (as Djuced 6.0.7 or Serato DJ Lite 3.1.2)
- the technical issue you meet, what you seen on screen when it happens, what you did just before it happens.

It is a user area, where users answer to users: if you do not write hello, you may not receive any answer.

Thanks for your help.

Headphones are too low

  1. DJControl Inpulse 500
  2. Macbook Air M1, macOS Sonoma 14.5
  3. Djuced 6.1.1
  4. I'm getting the volume with wired headphones, so low, that I have to put the Gain level to the maxium! I have already tried 3 different headphones and when I'm mixing, the sound is always low. How can I solve this?! Can anybody help me, please?!

Hello Diogocarneiro,

Welcome to the DJ community area.

1) Can you confirm you have activated the preview in the headphones
- either in previewing the Master in pushing the button with headphones icon just below the Master viewmeter
below the Master viewmeter (section 9), and in selecting listen Master with the Cue to Master knob  (Section 15)
- or with the deck prelisten keys just below the filter knob, in setting your prelistening on Cue with the rotary button Cue to Master (section 15) on Cue.

2) What are your headphones brands and models
