Hello,
I have a 4 MX that seems to have been bricked somehow, when plugged in, the mic on/off button illuminates briefly then fades out.
I have installed the latest driver and the install proceeds as expected and finishes but the unit is not recognized by the os.
This was tried with a MacBook Pro running 10.8.5 and a Dell 4310 running Win 7 with no luck.
Tried using a powered hub, holding down the mic button while plugging in, holding down both load buttons and still no luck.
Can someone help me out? The size and features of the 4 mx is critical to what I tiring to do.
