Good day to all members, I own a DJ Console MKII and after doing an upgrade, it no longer works. Can anyone assist me with the firmware to flash the eeprom? Thanks.

I was successful in flashing the eeprom, but the unit appears as "unknown device" in device manager. I am exploring all options based on similar threads. Thanks.

If the device manager says “unknown device,” that's strange. I think something is broken, either the device's firmware or something else, because “unknown” is 95% of the time never there.
