Hello, I just got a hercules mp3 e2 controller and am having trouble with the driver downloads. I download the driver but I can't run it, it only gives me the option to uninstall. What do i do?

1) What is your driver version and your Windows or macOS version?
2) As mentioned on Hercules support download page, this DJ controller is not supported on
- computers with Apple Silicon processors (M1/Pro/Max / M2).
- AMD USB 3.10 host and higher.
