Hello,
I have heard of support sending people documentation on how to open the MK2 and apply/remove grease to change the friction of the jog wheels.
Can somebody please post those directions here?

Hello,
I know of a documentation on DJC Inpulse 500 but I am not aware of the same guideline on Inpulse 200 MK2.
Please precise what you do not like on your unit of Inpulse 200 MK2 regarding jog wheel friction.
