My inpulse 200 has a problem with the channels. When I load songs for both sides the play only on the same side. Both play on channel one. At the same time. The channel two is silent. I tried to reset the audio settings but it didn't help. What is the reason for this? Really appreciate the help!

Please precise
- your operating system (Windows or macOS),
- your DJ software (Djuced, Serato DJ Lite or another software). If you could add a link to screenshot with your DJ software audio settings, it would be useful,
- what you call both deck play on the same side: do you mean both decks play on the same side of the crossfader (for example on left of the crossfader) or do you mean you hear sound only on left speaker.
If you mix in Djuced and mean both decks seem set on left of the crossfader, please check deck 1 is assigned on left and deck 2 is assigned on right with the 1-2-3-4 settings on both sides of Djuced crossfader.
