Hello everyone, can anyone help me or have you ever had a similar problem? When I put my controller in the USB, only the hotcue side A, beatmath and hotcue side B LEDs are on, the computer indicates that it has recognized a device but does not connect it to any program.

Hello BKM,

Welcome to the DJ user forum.

Please have a look at the guidelines here to see the type of info needed on the forum to provide any technical guidance as:
- the entire name of your DJ controller (is your controller DJControl Inpulse 200 or  DJControl Inpulse 200 MK2)
- the name and version of your operating system (as Windows 11 or macOS Sonoma /macOS 14)
- the name and version of your DJ software (as Djuced 6.0.7 or Serato DJ Lite 3.1.2)
- the version of drivers you have installed, as driver package 2023.HDJS.2.

If you do not want to share such technical information on the forum, you can contact the technical support on https://support.hercules.com/en/contact-en/ .

Hello BKM,

If your DJControl Inpulse 200 is not properly enumerated, but your computer sees it when you connect the controller while pushing down the browser button, then it means the firmware may have been corrupted, and you should be able to reflash the firmware with the following process:

  1. make sure you find a USB port with full USB bus power on your computer (do not use a USB hub which has no dedicated power supply)
  2. close any DJ software, close any program, disconnect the DJ controller from the USB and from any speaker & headphones cable,
  3. push down DJControl Inpulse 200 browser cap, keep it down while you connect the controller to the computer USB port,
  4. wait for 30 seconds, and release the browser cap: the DJControl Inpulse 200 must be enumerated
  5. click on Windows > Run, and type the command line (with the ")
    "C:\Program Files\DJHERCULESMIX\Audio\DJ Console Series\cpl2\firmware\HDJSeries2Updater.exe" -manual
  6. Click on OK
  7. You get on screen HERCULESDJMIX Series 2 firmware updater, telling you the available audio firmware, possibly version 1.72
  8. If you see an available audio firmware, check the field "Flash" at the end of Audio firmware line, and click on the "Update!" button.
  9. Follow the instructions on screen.

It would have been interesting if you could have written how you have reached this result of losing the enumeration of your DJC Inpulse 200.
