Newbie with questions about knobs and buttons - but really "DJ Academy"

Hello,

I am new to DJ world.

I got the Hercules DJ Learning kit for Christmas. It comes with Inpulse 200 MK2.

There are also links to the DJ Academy.

If you select "beginner" there are six lessons. So far I have found them helpful. They start from super basics like "this is how you connect the red and black speaker wires" - that basic.

The thing is I went through the lessons and I feel like there MUST be more that I don't see or can't find.

I'm sitting here looking at my controller like..."wtf do all these buttons and knobs even do?"?

Where is THAT lesson? Is there some additional content from DJ academy that isn't linked from the Hercules website?

I just feel really lost and disappointed because the DJ Academy hand-holding was like the perfect intro, but it's frustrating that the features and functions are not reviewed.

I haven't tried googling specifically for those type of videos. I am more interested in confirming whether the DJ Academy truly ends without even touching on the knobs and buttons on the controller.
