My DJ controller Inpulse 300 is currently giving me some issues. After connecting it to my laptop, if I disconnect it, the LEDs turn off and it won’t turn back on when I reconnect it. Also, the sound coming from it is very low.
Is there anything I can do to fix this? Is there any Hercules support available in Brazil?

USB peripherals behaviour relates to
- the computer to which they are connected: computer brand, computer model, computer operating system,
- the connection to this computer
- type of USB port,
- does the USB port look OK?
- did you try on another USB port?
- type of USB connection: direct / through a USB hub / through a USB-C adapter,
- the driver: which Hercules DJ driver version is installed on the computer?
so with no information on the computer, USB connection, and drivers, proposing a direction to fix your issue is difficult: forums are efficient when users share detailed technical information, they are less efficient for users who provide not much technical information.
Other useful information: did you test on another computer
- then, what was this computer model, operating system, type of USB port, type of USB connection, Hercules DJ driver version,
- and what was the result on this other computer?
Considering the level of technical information you give, the 3 only suggestions I can propose
- if you have a low cost USB-C to USB-A adapter, replace it with a branded USB-C adapter (avoid USB-C adapters sold for less that US$ 5),
- add a USB hub powered by a power adapter (not powered by the computer USB port) between the DJ controller and the computer,
- test if you get the same issue if you remove other USB devices connected to the computer/USB hub (in case there is a defective USB device).
