Hi all, I'm approaching the console Hercules inpulse 300 mk2, hi need support since the RACK EFFECT is not working anymore on the side 2. While I'm able to play with DEPTH and BEAT settibgs on the side 1, being able to hear the effects on the music, it's not working anymore on the side 2! I'm new to this console and maybe I touched something wrong by impacting this functionalities, of course I click on "ON" close to the switches before manage them...
Can someone help me please?!

- your computer operating system,
- your DJ software,
- the FX settings in the DJ software, if the DJ software has several FX settings,
- have you displayed the 2nd FX rack on your screen to check what occurs in fx rack when you activate the FX controls?

My pc operating system is Microsoft Windows 11 Pro
I'm using DJUCED version 6.1.1 built d4003f1bb
FX settings: Flanders, Echo, Phone vox, Dry/Wet, Macro FX
I have displayed all on my screen but it seems nothing happen in case I interact with the 2nd side, the right one...I mean on the console, when I play with the DEPTH and BEAT after clicked on.
Please help me...have a nice evening

Without a description or a screenshot (the "attach file" button below the answer field is made for it), I do not guess how your Djuced FX rack is set.
My 2 questions
1) describe FX settings : to which deck(s) is applied the 2nd FX rack,
2) "have you displayed the 2nd FX rack on your screen to check what occurs in fx rack when you activate the FX controls":
- when you press on the FX button on deck 2 on the controller, does it light the ON button in the 1st FX slot of 2nd FX rack on the screen
- when you turn the 1st FX knob on deck 2 on the controller, does it turn the dry/wet knob on 2nd FX rack on the screen
- when you turn the 2nd knob on deck 2 on the controller, does it turn the knob on the 1st slot on the 2nd FX rack on the screen?
