Good morning, I noticed that there are people here on the forum who are facing the same problem with the Impulse 500 crossfader. I've already tried to calibrate it and it didn't work. I suspect that it's not a physical problem, but rather a driver problem. I don't know what else to do to solve it. I live in Brazil and I don't know where there is technical support here in my country.

Hello,

If you tried to calibrate, you should explain what you did, otherwise you may get no answer, as it makes little sense to suggest a process you ''have already tried".

I don't think it is driver related as DJControl Inpulse 500 sends MIDI commands in USB MIDI, without drivers (hardware is USB MIDI compliant).

If you have read messages related to crossfader commands on this forum, then you may have read UX Team asking to test the MIDI command of the DJ controller

with MIDI Monitor ( https://www.midimonitor.com/ )

in Google Chrome (as many other browsers are not MIDI compliant and then MidiMonitor will not detect the MIDI commands).

Inpulse 500 crossfader sends 2 MIDI commands on channel 1: CC#0 = Most Significant Byte => its value is the important figure / CC#= Least Significant Byte, so forget it.

When on full left position, crossfader MIDI command: channel 1 CC#0 value 0.
When on full right position, crossfader MIDI command: channel 1 CC#0 value 127.

What is the CC#00 value on you controller on right?
