Headphones stopped working, kind of

Thanks for reading. Headphones worked fine but now I can not listen to the cue or deck 2. I have updates drivers, tried another laptop and the headphone work well left and right on an amplifier. The headphones work with the master, but when turning the know to cue I can't hear the second deck. User error? Not when all headphones buttons are lit or just the master and one deck or no deck. I checked the mapping and it seems correct and I have not changed anything. Running windows 11. Appreciate your help!
