- version of Hercules DJ drivers,
- computer brand & model,
- computer display resolution,
- operating system (version of macOS or Windows),
- whether you operate with a single display or with two or more screens.
Your issue may be related to:
- a lack of computer resource,
- a noise on your USB port,
- a lack of USB bus power.
Can you test if you get the same noise:
1) if you connect the DJControl Inpulse 500 to another USB port,
2) if you change the display resolution on your computer,
3) if you increase the ASIO buffer size in Hercules DJ Control Panel.
