1) Welcome to the DJ community area.
2) Please have a look at the forum rules. One of the rule is not to post repeated messages so that posting this current message 10 minutes after posting roughly the same message there is not compliant with the forum rules. The forum is not answered by a bot so the answer can arrive a few days later, it is normal, it is the way forum works.
3) Prior to trying a recalibration, please
- close the DJ app,
- run Chrome Internet Browser,
- go to https://www.midimonitor.com/ and allow the website to receive MIDI instructions from your DJ controller,
- check whether MIDI monitor receives constant MIDI data or only when you move/activate a control?
and let me know the result.
If your controller sends MIDI commands constantly, even when you do not touch it, then at least one of the electromechanical component is defective and its defect will not let you complete a calibration.
If your controller sends MIDI commands only when you move/turn/push controls, then I can send you the calibration guide.
