- writing a willing misleading title as "poorly qualified potentiometers/buttons inpulse 500": if you understand calibration, you know potentiometers are not poorly qualified,
- starting your first post without a "hello",
I am not sure you share the standard of a user community, so if you are furious, if it better to contact Hercules tech support than coming on a forum.
