Hello I'm a new owner of the great T7 controller,
I use DJUCED Pro, when the motor is running, I think that the jog wheels are a bit hard to scratch or to do back spins.
I did the jog calibration procedure without any changes.
Is it normal behavior ?

1) To scratch, make sure the vinyl discs lay on the convex side (vinyl discs slightly bend so that one side is concave while the other is convex): if you try scratching on the concave side, it is a bit hard to scratch.
2) To improve the back spin, you may need adding backspin washers, the impact is very strong:
- if you have access to a 3D printer, in a fab lab or a 3D print store, you may download the 3D files on https://www.printables.com/model/1036238-djcontrol-inpulse-t7-backspin-washers
