Buenos días, utilizaba el controlador con un pc sin problema, al comprar el nuevo la encuentra en los dispositivos pero no se conecta. Estamos muy apenados porque no podemos utilizarla. Gracias.

Please precise what you do in which operating system with version of djay app.
The connection of the controller is not the same depending of the operating system:
- In Windows, Bluetooth LE over MIDI does not work very well so you should connect by USB in Windows.
- in macOS / Android / iOS : Bluetooth LE over MIDI and USB MIDI work, so you must choose either to connect DJControl Mix Ultra is USB (and then you must not pair it in Bluetooth LE in djay) or in Bluetooth LE in djay (without connecting the USB).
Eva, have you checked what your main board is called and whether the manufacturer might have a new Bluetooth driver for your board? Many people forget to update other drivers too. It's important to keep these up to date.
Buenos días, realicé todas las actualizaciones posibles y sigue sin conectarse. Pone conectando... pero no se engancha. Con mi otro portátil sin problema, este es un msi y no hay manera. Es una pena porque es el de mi hijo y la mesa de mezclas también es la suya. Saludos.

As I mentioned in my earlier post
DJControl Mix Ultra must be connected in USB to control djay for Windows, do not use Bluetooth with a PC.
There is a Bluetooth LE connection working in djay for iOS, Android, and MacOS, but not in Windows, as
- Windows has no native Bluetooth LE MIDI support, and DJControl Mix Ultra operates in Bluetooth LE MIDI (as an Apple Watch), not in standard Bluetooth (as a mouse or keyboard),
- djay for Windows has no bluetooth LE pairing (djay Bluetooth LE pairing works in iOS, Android, macOS)
And in iOS, Android, macOS, the bluetooth LE pairing of DJControl Mix is in djay app, not in the system bluetooth menus, as you can read in the quick start guide or the full manual.
Gracias, pero perdonen mi ignorancia, en mi lenovo sí se conecta y también es windows esto será porque es más antiguo y ahora llevan otra conexión? Además en la caja no venía cable para ese tipo de conexión. Si es necesario esta conexión en determinados tipos de portátiles podrían facilitar ustedes el cable. No siempre los clientes saben de estas cosas.

DJControl Mix Ultra comes with an USB-C to USB-C cable.
- If your PC has an USB-C port, it should work when you connect the included USB-C cable to your PC.
- If your PC has no USB-C port, and has only USB-A connectors, you may
- either connect the controller to included USB-C cable and the USB-C cable to the PC with an USB-A to USB-C adapter as this one or this other model,
- or connect between the computer and the DJ controller another USB-A to USB-C cable, as this cable.
