Left play button not working. Button lights work fine when deck is empty or loaded. I have to click software Play/Pause button to start or pause track
- Tested with MIDI Tester (See attachment) and switch under PLAY button not working
- Support confirmed the switch is faulty but they said they can't help me.
I need someone to recommend somewhere I could buy the part and replace myself. I've replaced a similar switch on a Pioneer CDJ.

1) I am surprised Hercules technical support did not propose to come back with an answer as often when getting a question on a component they do not know, they ask the question in a discussion loop I can read, and I did not see this question. Where did you contact Hercules support?
2) Concerning the tact switch component.
It is a generic component so I have not 1 specific reference for it, but it easy to find compatible tact-switch:

I have not found the height, but if you have unassembled your Starlight to look at the component, you can measure it
