Is the cross fader knob locked on? And if so, how do I unlock the knob to remove it.

Hello,
To remove the crossfader cap lock, you need a sim card eject tool:
- place the sim removal tool pin in the small hole of the red triangle on the rear side of the crossfader cap,
- push the triangle with the sim eject tool : the red triangle moveds out
- and then, you can remove the cap.
I expect a maintenance video showing this process soon.
