Hi team,
Got a brand new DJ Controller mix. When I connect the USB all lights flash and then settle into a dull fixed state. When I connect the Bluetooth, all three buttons seem to work with DJAY free app, but they continue to remain backlit . For example if I hit the right play there is no difference between right or left play button all buttons are dim backliy irrespective of which deck is playing. The sampler, hot cue, filter bass buttons are the only ones that light up bright when clicking them.
like I said the software via Bluetooth works. Any idea why the lights are all dim and not lighting up depending on what I select?

Please precise
- your platform operating system (iOS, Android, macOS, Windows),
- your USB connection (USB-C cable , USB-A to USB C, direct or via a USB hub, or via a USB A to or USB-C adapter),
- your version of djay (number of version djay Pro free)
I have just tested on my side:
- in djay for Windows, version 5.3.2752.0 with
- Framework Laptop 13 PC
- Windows 11
- direct connection to built-in USB-A port
- DJControl Mix USB-A to USB-C cable
- in djay for Android, version 5.2.9 with
- Samsung Galaxy A34 phone
- Android 14
- connection to Samsung USB-C port via Syntech USB-C adapter model SYNM003
- DJControl Mix USB-A to USB-C cable
and it works in both cases.
If you test on a PC or a Mac, you may also try with Djuced Windows / Mac.
