Good evening Hercules team, I really don't understand how your autogain works. Some tracks barely get to the orange point of the volume, some others just start clipping and they don't even have the same volume. Sorry if I use another software as a reference, but in Serato there is an auto-gain option that allows you to decide the amount of Db you want (from 89 up to 98), and even if you move the gain on your console it doesn't reset it, you simply have all the tracks volume equalized. Whereas in Djuced this doesn't happen. What can I do and what could you do for this?

Hello Manu,

This is a community forum, so you talk to Hercules users, not to Hercules team, or to Djuced team.

To talk with Hercules, you may post a message to Hercules support page.

In my understanding:

  1. Djuced auto gain replaces channel gain setting, that is why autogain is switched off as soon as you turn a channel gain knob. Djuced current auto-gain target are users who do not use gain control.
  2. To set the amount of dB you want, you can have a look at the headroom setting in Djuced > Settings > Mixer > Master headroom
