I bought the 200MK2 + Djuced Pro bundle and it's impossible to activate my license, even manually from the software. If anyone has an idea of what the problem might be, I’d really appreciate a response. Just to clarify: I’m using the same login credentials as for the purchase, and the controller is properly connected. Anyway, thanks in advance for any help!

You should have received a licence by email, right ? (or an email saying that you now own a DJUCED PRO licence).
If yes, be sure to use the account email and password you have used in the Hercules shop.

I have the same issue with a T7 controller.
I tried to do it manually, I used the same login as on hercules shop and djuced. I have none error message and and can't activate the licence.
