Hello Eggy,

Thanks for the feeback.

It would be good to know which file(s) is or are causing the crash.

If you have time for it, I would suggest splitting the audio library in 2 folders, analyzing separately the contents of each folder to know where is/are the folder causing the crash, and, in resplitting in 2 the folder where you get a crash, re-analyzing in a several session to find gradually which file cause the crash.

If you have no time for it, you may try with older versions of DJUCED in DJUCED archive.

Hello Eggy,

Crashes when analysing song can be caused by a song in particular.

If you have the bugsplat report window appearing (see the article here : https://www.djuced.com/kb/i-had-an-unexpected-crash-when-using-djuced-what-can-i-do/ ) , please report the bug, and then report your crash ticket number here.

So I can help the dev team to make a look on you crash.

Exactly the same thing happend to me, I had some songs on a usb stick and analyzed them to a playlist, that took ages and nothing happend, when I clicked the playlist button in the browser, everything freezes and than crashes. This happend on my pc and laptop. Now everytime i boot up, I instantly get kicked.

Could it be that your USB drive needs a firmware update because the current version might be too old, causing these issues? Have you ever updated the USB drive's firmware?

How do i do that?

Some USB drives come with their own software pre-installed. If that’s not the case, the manufacturer says it’s possible, but the USB drive could be damaged if you use the wrong software, so I advise against it. That’s because the manufacturer has included a small file on the USB drive that you can run.
