The wire in my headphones isn't working properly and I'm unable to raise a ticket through the contact form on the website. I have now tried twice but when I click submit, I get the spinning wheel on my computer and it never submits properly. Is there an alternative way I can contact you?

If the area on the website where you try with no success to raise a ticket in the technical support website (same address as the one BAUMI has posted, or in another language as https://support.hercules.com/en/portal-login-en/), maybe you can try with another internt browser (Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, Opera...).
If the area where you try to raise a ticket is not on the technical support, please precise the internet address.
