Hi, I have a DJControl Instinct running on Windows 11, with DJuced 6.4.1. I've noticed that with the right deck volume slider, there's absolutely no output from the controller. I used a MIDI viewer tool and it seems like the part itself is completely broken. Furthermore, the right deck bass potentiometer is skipping between values. I've made sure that this isn't a software issue, as every other aspect of the controller works perfectly. I opened the controller up and desoldered the right linear potentiometer for the volume fader and the right rotary potentiometer for bass. Can anyone let me know the specs of these parts so that I can get as close as a replacement as I possibly can, and where I could find them? I have images that I can upload if needed, and I'm happy to measure parts if that helps. Thanks!
Hello,
I suggest asking Hercules support (post message on https://support.hercules.com/en/contact-en/) as they may have the parts.
If your DJ controller is DJControl Instinct (not Instinct P8), then
- the volume faders are ALPS RS45111A6A08, it apparently still exists

(I do not find them online now, but is it an old device, so they have probably been phased out) but I see this very close reference online
