Yes, I still use my RMX, especially at home, and I'm running it on a powerhouse MSI gaming laptop with Virtual DJ Pro and Windows 11 64-bit. Everything worked fine (which means my firmware is up to date and I'm using a short USB cord in a USB 2 slot) until a few days ago. As the topic title says, my option to use ASIO drivers is missing, and the Hercules Control Panel options are greyed out. Has this happened to anyone else literally in the past few weeks? Possible conflict with a Windows Update?
Well, interestingly enough, I tried switching the cable into a USB 3 port and that fixed everything. That should not have been the solution, and I don't want to tie up a USB 3 port with my RMX, which theoretically only needs the only USB 2 port on my laptop. I have a new 3-foot shielded USB 2 cable coming tomorrow to test.
