Need eeprom for my bricked 4mx

Hi support team and community members,

I couldn't get my 4mx to be recognized by my Mac and PC. I have tried windows 7 and my first generation MacBook Air by following the instructions on the official website. USB 2.0 with power supply didn't help either. Holding the Mic on off button while plug-in to flash manually would not work also. I believe the controller was bricked during firmware update, which might require the eeprom programming fix. That would be great if I receive some instrcutions as well as the .bin file to bring it back to life. Appreciate any help.
