[Solved] Where to fix Hercules equipments in Brazil

You should probably contact Hercules tech support on https://support.hercules.com/en/contact-en/  
to get information on diagnostic/repair channel.
DJConsole MK4 is old (released in 2010), so no longer under warranty.
If you could explain in simple technical words what problem you need to fix, you may also get guidance on a forum. 

Thanks for your response. I tried to do what you suggested and I've been waiting for more than 1 hour for service, I don't think it works.
Anyway, I know that the equipment is old and is no longer under warranty, but I need a reliable place to fix it, you know?
I believe the problem is hardware, as it started to show contact failures on the USB port and now it no longer connects to the laptop.

If you let a message to Hercules support team (click on Contact Form on https://support.hercules.com/en/contact-en/ to write an email) they generally a answer within 1 day. I have not tested the other contact process.

I heard Hercules has a repair center in the US, but I do not know if it also works with Brazil, and I do not know if this center can repair a device as DJ Console Mk4 (if this repair centre was already settled at the time when DJ Console MK4 was released, they should have the know how to repair if, if this center was settled at a time DJ Console MK4 was no longer on the market, they have never repaired it so they will not be more experienced in it than any electronic repair store you may find locally in Brazil).

If, after posting on support.hercules.com, you get an answer which is that the US repair center cannot repair it, then please let me know, I will ask the schematics of the printed circuit board of you DJ Console MK4, I will email you the tech info so that, if you bring the defective DJ Console MK4 + the schematics to an electronic repair shop in your country, the electronic repairer has all elements to repair it.
