to get information on diagnostic/repair channel.
DJConsole MK4 is old (released in 2010), so no longer under warranty.
If you could explain in simple technical words what problem you need to fix, you may also get guidance on a forum.
Thanks for your response. I tried to do what you suggested and I've been waiting for more than 1 hour for service, I don't think it works.
Anyway, I know that the equipment is old and is no longer under warranty, but I need a reliable place to fix it, you know?
I believe the problem is hardware, as it started to show contact failures on the USB port and now it no longer connects to the laptop.
