What I’m still missing is the ability to export all user settings and save them to a USB stick, so that they can be imported again after reinstalling the computer. This would ensure that all XLR200 configurations are restored easily without having to set everything up from scratch.
I think that will happen in the near future because I often point out that we need it.
Hercules, I noticed an error in the update. There is only one slider for both the creator and the audience. There are not two sliders with the update you released on January 13.
SPACEFAM, could you let me know if you are using a password on your websocket on OBS portable version ? Because the implementation is supposed to be the same for both OBS version
In principle, I can use everything as in the normal version without restrictions, including websocket, except that I do it on a USB stick and store a txt file called OBS_portbale. However, it is a zip file that you download where everything is included. You copy it to the USB stick and start it like a normal OBS version. However, Herkuless xlr 200 does not recognize the version on the USB stick and does not allow it to connect because it is not installed on the computer, but on a USB stick. You would have to build a path into the software so that the user can specify where the OBS is located.
Here is a video showing how this is done, unfortunately only in German.
I use password, OBS is not recognized at all. The Hercules software only offers me the option to download OBS.
I have only portable version. No installed version.
BAUMI, thank you for the video. I know how OBS Portable is done and that's why i did not understand how the connection was not possible. SPACEFAM ok if it ask you to install, now i understand ! I think i know from where it come. We will try to fix it as soon as possible and provide a patch
I'm happy to help you, admin.
There are other errors in the software: the mic only has one level, obs only has one level, games have two levels, discord only has one level. There is something wrong with the programming: games have two levels for the audience and the creator, but the others do not.
