[Closed] Stream 200XLR didn't works

Hello everyone

I bought a stream200XLR, I plugged it into my PC and downloaded the software. My audio output is bluetooth headphones. When for example I lower the game sound wheel, nothing happens, I still hear the game, same for all the other tracks. Even the general wheel does not work. Do you know what I should do? Thank you
