Hi everyone,
I recently purchased a Hercules Stream 100. It's a fantastic product. However, I am having a problem with managing the audio channels
When I adjust the system volume using other devices (like my keyboard or another controller), the Stream 100 doesn’t update accordingly.
For example, if I increase the system volume from 70% to 100% during a call using the keyboard, the Stream 100 still shows 70%.
As soon as I touch one of the encoders, the system volume instantly goes back to 70%, as if the device is overriding the changes made by other devices.
It seems that the Stream 100 doesn’t sync in real time with system volume changes (or other channel) unless those changes are made directly on the device.
Has anyone else experienced this issue, or found a workaround?
Software - 2.1.3 [01.44]

Hi Palessio23,
Thanks for joining us in our Stream adventure !
We cannot reproduce your bug. Can you please share a more precise scenario so that we can understand what's happening on your side ?
Concerning System, it can also be a peculiar situation where you have 2 audio sources. When you open your Windows Mixer, you should see a first block called "System" where you can change the General Volume, and a second block called "Applications" where you often have a "System Sounds" volume.
In Stream 100, the "System" volume assigned to the 3rd vumeter by default controls "System Sounds" volume (2nd block) whereas most keyboard control the "System" general volume (1st block). Let me know if that helps.

Hi Demien
Thanks for your reply, and sorry if I wasn’t very clear before.
Let me try to explain better.
I’ve linked the first block to the device associated with my audio system.
As you can see, it’s set to 100%. Then, using the keyboard, I lowered the system volume to 10%.
However, in Hercules Stream, it still shows 100%. When I move the knob, the value suddenly jumps from 10% to 100%, as if the volume change made through the keyboard wasn’t detected by Hercules.
I hope I have been clearer.
THanks
Hi Palessio,
Thanks for the clarifications. We will investigate and try to fix this in a further release then.
