i got a quick question, what are soundcards mostly used for??? i got a dj control mp3 e2, and ive been trying to figure out how to use my head phones to listen a or listen b so the music can continue playing through the speakers while i listen to the other song on my headphones... is that what they are used for? im new to this so let me know... thanks

What type/model is it ?
In fact the headphones preview is used to "prelisten" the track into your Headphones before you mix it (for beatmatching, of finding the best moment to mix it).
You can you the following procedure to configure your soundcard to work with VDJ and the Mp3 e2:

All the steps related to the Windows SOUND configuration will work with any soundcards. Then, when it comes to connecting your speakers and headphone, look at the specifics for your own model, but it should pretty much be the same.
| @victo i wasnt looking at any particular model im just looking for something to "pre-listen" just like you said.... i need any soundcard that will work with MAC. @DJ phatso yeah i see what your talking about but i have a mac.... thats only for windows... Can you guys let me know what soundcard i can get? Anything simple and easy.... post a link of where i can get one... thanks alot guys |
