apple macbook pro and dj control air+

hi,

i am using a apple mac pro (early 2011) on os x capitan opersting system version 10.11 and finding that the dj controller system im using, dj contol air + is running / reacting slowly when navigating using the mouse / cursor to control the application on screen and also it reacts slow when using the controller also.
