i recently purchased a hercules deejay trim 4&6, followed the installation instructions after updating the drivers, but i get no audio on channel 3/4 or headphone jack. i only get audio through the mixer on channel 1/2. ive checked the configurations, but the included manual wasnt very helpful regarding connecting external audio gear. ive been at this for hours trying to narrow down the problem, but so far, no solution. is there something im doing wrong? any help would be greatly appreciated....

stanton m.203 two-channel mixer

akai rpm reference monitors
lenovo desktop pc with windows 7
