Hi there,
First of all check the unit with the DJuced software that came with it. In case the headphones are not working there either, you can strating thinking that the problem might be hardware related. You need to check though the software configurations first - the control panel of the unit and the sound setup in the Djuced software.
Regarding Traktor, are you sure that by using the proper tsi file for your unit - the one corresponding to the verison of your DJ softaware, and after double checking the settings from it you are still not getting sound out of the headphones?
Check first the version of the .tsi file you have used - the midi mapping layout:
