control air headphones problems

hi there! yesterday i put my new console hercules control air, and when i put the audio settings i could change it in order to listen music in headphones and in the computer, today when i open again djuced i can´t here anything in my headphones, i can only hear in the computer. could you tell me what to do please!

- Have you followed the tips in this tutorials for pre-cueing ?

- Have you pushed the "headphones" buttons when pre-cueing ?

- What audio configuration have you modified ?
