ok guys i have the herc 4-mx... love it but... when i cue up a song and switch the knob to cue to preview the song nothing comes out of my headphones... when i turn it up to mix sound comes out but not when its on cue. im also using traktor pro 2 not vdj. ive already downloaded the newest drivers for the 4mx and downloaded the tsi files for traktor... everything else works but that one knob and its really important that i fix this issue asap.
also the knob works with virtual dj 7... weird

Let's check the basics first:
- When using the knob on the console, does the corresponding knob on Traktor's interface (Headphone mix) actually move ?
- Did you configured the audio output as indicated in document included with the TSI?
please specify each step on virtual dj pro...
i have issue with prelistening to tracks..
all i hear is the same output sound.. making it difficult to mix
