buona sera ho da poco acquistato una hercules universal dj e dopo ave installato per bene tutti gli ultimi drive e software d juced 40 non si avvia, ovvero compare la schermata di windows che mi dice che lapplicazione deve essere chiusa ....cosa posso fare ?

It is difficult to answer without knowing your operating system (which version of Windows), your version of Djuced 40 (is it release 3.6.9?), and the crashlog you get in Djuced 40, so please precise exactly
- the version of Djuced 40,
- the version of Windows,
and transfer the crashlog file as described hereafter.
Please
- get your crashlog file (the last file crash_data.zip you can find in your folder
C:\Users\YourName\Documents\DJUCED 40)
C:\Users\YourName\Documents\DJUCED 40)
- upload it on a file transfer service, for example https://wetransfer.com/
- and post the address Wetransfer gives you, either here on on the forum Djuced.com so that we analyze the crash.

- In "Software in use", check your DJ software, Djuced,
- In "Describe your equipment": describe your computer brand and model, CPU, quantity of RAM, version of Windows or Mac OS, version of DJConsole Series driver package, version of DJ software.
